Terms of Service

• "Service" - the monitoringcs2.com website and its functionality for monitoring Counter-Strike 2 game servers.
• "User" - a person who uses the Service.
• "Account" - the user's account.
• "MC" - the Service's internal virtual unit used to pay for promotion services. MC is not money or an electronic currency.

The Service lets users browse the list of CS2 game servers, their player counts, maps and parameters, add servers to monitoring, leave reviews, mark favorites and use paid promotion services. The basic functionality is provided free of charge.

• Some features require registration by email or via Steam.
• The user must provide accurate data and confirm their email address.
• The user is responsible for keeping their account credentials safe and for all actions performed under the account.
• A reCAPTCHA check is used to protect against automated registrations.

The user is prohibited from:

• Artificially inflating the rating, likes, reviews or player counts of servers.
• Adding non-existent, fake servers or servers with artificially inflated player counts.
• Posting offensive, illegal, misleading or advertising content without prior approval.
• Taking actions that disrupt the Service (load attacks, automated data collection bypassing the API, exploiting vulnerabilities).
• Using the Service to distribute malware or for phishing.

• A user who adds a server, review, description or banner warrants that they have the right to do so and do not infringe the rights of third parties.
• The user who posted the added content is responsible for its content.
• The administration may moderate, hide or delete any content and servers without explanation, including in case of violation of these rules.
• The right to manage a server (description, etc.) is granted after confirming ownership of the server.

• The Service offers paid promotion services: a temporary rating boost, color highlighting, advertising banners.
• Payment is made by deducting MC from the account balance. The cost and terms of services are specified on the relevant pages.
• Services are digital and are considered rendered from the moment of activation; refunds for services already rendered or activated are not provided.
• MC cannot be exchanged for money and has no value outside the Service.
• The administration may change the list and cost of services.

The design, logo and software code of the Service belong to its administration. Game names, trademarks and Counter-Strike 2 materials belong to their rights holders. The Service is not affiliated with Valve Corporation.

• The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and absolute accuracy of server player-count data, as it is generated based on automated queries to third-party servers.
• The administration is not responsible for the content of third-party game servers or for any damage arising from their use.
• The user uses the Service at their own risk.

The administration may at any time change the functionality of the Service and the terms of these Terms, as well as restrict or block access for users who violate the rules. The current version of the Terms is published on this page.
